Golden State Fire offers our premier Extinguisher Recycling Program at no cost to you.

Don't Throw out your old extinguishers! Golden State will dispose of old extinguishers properly- And Free of Charge!. Ask an Associate for pick-up or drop-off service at your convenience.

Leaving extinguishers unattended and unused may result in leakage of gases and other harmful chemicals over time. Servicing extinguishers annually ensures the proper containment of chemicals at the workplace or in the home. It is important that these chemicals do not find their way back into ground water, streams, lakes or the ocean as many of the extinguishing agents are toxic or harmful to the environment. Help us keep the Golden State "Golden" and our beaches clean - RECYCLE!

For each extinguisher we recycle we will donate $2 to the Surfrider Foundation. For any additional donations made to Surfrider, we will match donation dollar for dollar, with a maximum of $50 per client annually.
